Virginia has trained her own horses from four year olds to International Grand Prix level and has represented Great Britain on British teams for the Olympic, World and European Championships.

She is a British Dressage international 2* trainer and teaches at all levels including FEI Ponies, FEI Young Riders, three day event riders at 4* level and riding clubs.

She is also on a selected list of trainers who judge and assess young horses.

Private, shared or group lessons are available, as well as teaching at you own facilities.  Riding club groups are also taught.

Advice is available for those thinking of purchasing dressage horses.

After a lifetime of teaching and riding Virginia can make a difference to most horse / rider combinations.

Tilburg - Bought as a  four year old, he won the very first Young Dressage Horse class, out of 40 entrants.  He went on to  develop into one of the UK's best International Grand Prix horses  of his time.  Henk van Bergen, Paul Fielder, Jennie Loriston Clarke and Kyra Kyrklund contributed to his training.  Virginia's major achievements with Tilburg included being reserve for the Olympics, World Games and European Championships; being part of the British team at Aachen CDIO (the team came 6th), and Rotterdam CDIO (3rd), winning the Grand Prix at Pamfou, France and coming 3rd at the National Grand Prix Championship at Goodwood.

Donnerblack -  Also bought as a four year old, he did extremely well in Young Horse classes being 3rd at the National Championships for five year olds and Badminton Young Horse Finals and 5th at the Shearwater Championships.  At seven years he was third at the South West Regionals, at Advanced Medium and at nine years he represented Great Britain at Hartpury CDI and Hickstead CDIO at Prix St. Georges / Int.1 level.  Richard White and Carl Hester  helped Virginia with his training.  He was trained to Grand Prix level, but sadly never competed at this level due to injuries.

Virginia has had oustanding success with her own horses
